Pellston’s previous listing platform crashed during a press-driven launch spike two years prior, damaging trust with both agents and buyers. Their next launch couldn’t repeat that history.
Our approach
We designed the platform cloud-native from day one, with load testing built into the CI/CD pipeline rather than bolted on before launch. Static listing pages were pre-rendered and served from a CDN, keeping dynamic load limited to search and booking flows only.
