Technical Project Manager

Keep client engagements on track without becoming a bottleneck — scoping, planning, and removing blockers for engineering teams.
What you'll do
Own project scoping and delivery planning for client engagements end-to-end
Run sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives that engineers actually find useful
Be the primary point of contact for client stakeholders during active engagements
Identify and resolve blockers before they become timeline risks
Translate business requirements into technical scope engineers can actually estimate
What we're looking for
5+ years managing technical projects, ideally in a consulting or agency environment
Strong enough technical background to push back on unrealistic timelines with real reasoning
Experience running Agile/Scrum processes with engineering teams
Direct client-facing experience, including handling scope changes and difficult conversations
Track record of delivering projects on time without burning out the team to get there
Nice to have
Background as a software engineer before moving into project management
PMP, CSM, or similar certification
Experience scoping AI or data engineering projects specifically
