Product Designer (UI/UX)

Design interfaces for real client products — research, wireframes, prototypes, and the design system work that makes a product feel coherent.
What you'll do
Lead end-to-end design for client engagements — research, wireframes, prototyping, and final UI
Build and maintain design systems that engineering teams can actually implement without constant clarification
Run usability testing and translate findings into concrete design changes
Collaborate directly with engineers during implementation, not just hand off a Figma file
Present design rationale directly to clients, including pushing back on requests that would hurt usability
What we're looking for
4+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing real shipped work
Strong proficiency in Figma, including component systems and design tokens
Experience conducting user research and usability testing, not just visual design
Comfortable working directly with engineers through implementation
Can articulate why a design decision was made, not just what it looks like
Nice to have
Experience designing for AI-assisted or agentic product features
Front-end coding ability (HTML/CSS, basic React)
Accessibility (WCAG) expertise
